Job Summary
We are looking to hire a client relations and marketing officer who will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with key clients, maintaining trust and engagement with clients, and also developing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies that are closely tied to our overarching business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor client satisfaction by conducting quality assurance surveys, and use findings to develop and implement strategies for improvement
- Develop and oversee an effective client escalation process
- Provide prompt and effective support to clients
- Develop, manage, and oversee an effective CRM system.
- Ensure client inquiries are followed up with appropriately and resolved satisfactorily.
- Document client interactions and solutions in the company CRM system
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- HND ina related field
