Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Loan Recovery:
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery
- Initiate follow-up calls, emails, and client visits where necessary.
- Develop and implement recovery strategies in line with company policies.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements when appropriate.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Track account performance and provide periodic updates to management.
Social Media & Brand Engagement:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage existing and potential clients.
- Share informative content related to financial literacy, loan products, and client success stories.
- Respond to inquiries and comments across digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing to align digital efforts with business goals
Requirements:
- 3 years experience.
- Degree in a related field.
