Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Wecleanit in Lekki. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales and operations teams to deliver high-quality cleaning services and products.
Qualifications
Must Reside in lekki or its environs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience in sales or client management
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning services or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
