Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and onboard new clients to drive sustained business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Oversee daily business operations, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets.Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and  improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and business development initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND (lower credit) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development, client service, or sales.
  • A strong, winning mentality with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and dynamic environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
