The Client Service Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving client retention. This role involves managing client accounts, addressing inquiries or issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways to gain competitive advantage.
- Source for new clients and develop retention strategy for both existing and new clients.
- Ensure compliance pictures are taken and sent to clients timely.
- Regularly relates with clients to effectively deliver agreed deliverables/ deviations on posting contracts.
- Prepare and submit weekly and quarterly report.
- Prepare annual sales report and forecasting
- Effectively execute and interpret client’s brief
- Ensure daily management of accounts.
- Develop and regularly maintain mailing schedules.
- Develop Online Marketing strategies
- Follow up calls to clients and prospect
- Liaison with stakeholders: client services team, clients, IT, head of departments and CEO etc.
- Auxiliary function (applicable to all staff).
Requirements:
- 3 years of working experience as a client service manager or similar role
- HND/BSc. in relevant course of study
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
