Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination:
Oversee the full lifecycle of web projects & related services, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Develop project timelines, set milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure that client specifications are clearly understood and met.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframe.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
Manage client expectations by communicating potential challenges or delays and proactively offering solutions.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on timelines or quality.
Troubleshoot design, development, and technical issues in collaboration with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
Quality Control & Client Approval:
Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the company’s standards and client expectations before presenting them for approval.
Ensure that client feedback is incorporated at each stage of the project, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Coordinate client approvals at each project milestone, ensuring their requirements are met before moving to the next phase.
Project Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of project requirements, timelines, client communications, and feedback.
Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting successes, risks, and upcoming tasks.
Track project performance metrics and KPIs to ensure projects are on track to meet objectives.
Post-Launch Support:
Ensure smooth handover of the project to the client after the website launch, providing any necessary training or documentation for site management.
Follow up with clients after launch to ensure satisfaction and address any post-launch issues or updates.
Identify opportunities for ongoing support, including maintenance, SEO, and additional digital services.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution, ensuring all client expectations are documented and met.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure project deliverables align with client branding and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in client services, project coordination, or a related role within the web development or digital services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with web development processes, terminology, and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
