We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to oversee dining and event reservations, manage client interactions, and ensure a seamless guest experience. This role involves processing orders and payments, recommending services, managing member accounts, responding to inquiries, addressing guest concerns, and providing support to both clients and the team. The ideal candidate will handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary, contributing to exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take dining and event reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate service updates, changes, and relevant information to clients.
- Take customer orders and process payments promptly.
- Recommend appropriate services to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
- Manage members’ accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to inquiries across all communication channels promptly.
- Attend to guest issues and provide resolutions as needed.
- Offer service support to both guests and team members during operations.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be attentive, patient, personable, have great communication skills, dynamic, confident, and articulate.
- Must speak fluent English Language (Bi-Lingual is a plus).
- Skillful in handling Ultra-HNIs clients, understanding the luxury lifestyle, personable and fantastic interpersonal skills, must wear a natural warm smile.
- Minimum age 23-30, Min height 5ft 8''.
