The Client Service Officer should be able to collaborate with the company's team to deliver software training, respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, provide effective solutions, and participate in the presentation of the company's insurance ERP and marketing of the software.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the company teams to provide software training to clients on how to use customized software applications.
- Provide timely and thorough responses to clients' enquiries and requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify clients' software issues and liaise with the appropriate department to resolve them.
- Participate in the presentation of the company's insurance ERP to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the client's needs are met.
- Participate in the presentation of the company’s ERP to prospective Clients.
- Marketing drive of the Insurance ERP to clients.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. degree in Accounting or insurance, and any business-related courses.
- 2 years of experience
