We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team.. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the student advisory process. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to clients, ensuring they receive accurate information and timely assistance throughout their engagement with the company. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and maintaining ongoing relationships with students and parents. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career goals through international education opportunities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student and parent enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on study options, application procedures, and visa requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate student counselling sessions and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records using our CRM and filing systems.
  • Support the student application process by assisting with documentation and communication.
  • Follow up on leads and contribute to achieving student recruitment targets.
  • Collaborate with counsellors, university partners, and other team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Assist with organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities as needed.

 

 Requirements:

  • 2 years experience
  • Minimum of HND
  • IT & Digital Literacy
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Counselling & Advisory Abilities
  • Organisational & Administrative Skills
  • Sales & Persuasion Skills (especially in consultancy roles)
  • Professional Ethics and Confidentiality
