Client Service Management Officer

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, and sales, to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and campaign details.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role, preferably within the advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of Out door advertising and media planning. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
