The successful candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IBM MAXIMO systems. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of asset management processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- System Implementation and Configuration: Assist in the implementation and configuration of IBM MAXIMO systems according to project requirements.
- Data Management: Support data migration, data integrity, and data validation tasks to ensure accurate system information.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or queries related to MAXIMO.
- Customizations and Integrations: Assist in developing and implementing system customizations and integrations with other business applications.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to MAXIMO applications and integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with IBM MAXIMO, even though this is desirable, experience with other maintenance systems will be welcomed as alternatives
- Some experience in Project Management
- Proficiency in IBM MAXIMO configuration and customization.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Understanding of asset management and maintenance management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- IBM Certified Deployment Professional (preferred but not required).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (word, PowerPoint, and Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader for reporting and analysis
Position Type: Contract – Initial 6 months with 3 months extension (60-70% working from home and 30% working from the office work per month on the average over the employment period)
