As a trainee CNG system Installer and Fabricator, you would be trained and after being deemed fit for the role would be responsible for the mapping, installation, fabrication and mounting of the CNG cylinder and components.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
- Mapping of component positions.
- Installs the CNG kit, including the tank, regulator, injectors, and pipelines.
- Ensures proper integration of the CNG system with the vehicle's engine and fuel system.
- Inspects the installation for compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Installation of the CNG electrical wiring harness
- Verifies the integrity of the CNG tank, pipelines, and fittings.
- Calibrates the ECU for optimal CNG performance.
- Conducts leak, pressure, and performance tests to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Installs and integrates the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) with the vehicle's electronic system.
- Configures the fuel selector switch and ensures seamless communication between petrol and CNG modes.
- Manage the technical team to enhance seamless retrofitting of vehicles.
- Assist with the mapping process
- Prepares the vehicle by removing incompatible parts and making necessary modifications
- Fixing of mechanical components like the intake manifold, fuel rail system, and other engine components.
- Assist with the Installation of the CNG kit, including mounting tank, regulator, injectors, and pipelines
Requirements:
- 0-1 year working experience
- Minimum of HND in a relevant course of study
