We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to join our team and contribute to our vibrant nightlife. The Cocktail Bartender at Magida Gardens is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for mixology.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation:
- Create and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, as well as other beverages.
- Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to develop unique drinks.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards.
Customer Service:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Bar Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure all bar supplies and inventory are stocked and replenished as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other bartenders and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with waitstaff and management to coordinate service.
- Assist in training new bar staff as required.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to improve service quality.
- Uphold Magida Gardens' standards of service excellence at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender, with expertise in crafting cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar operations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
