- The Collections Officer will also play a role in financial operations.

- Savings, Investment, and Debt Collection skills.
- Financial Operations skills.
- Analytical Skills and Customer Service capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Experience in finance or related fields.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in debt collection is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
