Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Collection Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Collection Departments, ensuring that our company's cash flow remains positive and that our clients are adhering to their payment agreements. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective collection strategies, manage a team of collection agents. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in debt collection and team management. Job description:

·    Oversee the collection department.

·    Develop and implement effective collection strategies.

·    Manage and train a team of collection agents.

·    Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

·    Prepare and present collection reports to senior management.

·    Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.

·    Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients.

·    Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

·    Handle escalated collection issues and disputes.

·    Collaborate with other departments to improve collection processes.

·    Review and update collection policies and procedures.

·    Set and monitor collection targets and performance metrics.

·    Conduct regular performance reviews with collection agents.

·    Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.

·    Implement technology solutions to enhance collection efficiency.

Requirements: 

·     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

·     Proven experience as a Collection Manager or similar role 4 years and above 

·     Strong understanding of debt collection laws and regulations.

·     Ability to manage and motivate a team.

·     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software.

·     High level of integrity and confidentiality.

·     Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·     Attention to detail and accuracy.

·     Customer service-oriented mindset.

·     Experience in preparing and presenting reports.
