Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role is based in Lagos with some flexibility for remote work. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting insurance products, negotiating terms and conditions, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
