Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Community Manager committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients and fostering a vibrant community of professionals. We provide project management consultancy, recruitment, business advisory, career development, and training for organisations and individuals.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and informative content (posts, articles, videos) for our social media platforms  (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
  • Actively engage with our community members through posts, comments, messages, and discussions.
  • Research and write high-quality blog articles on our website and newsletters to our subscribers.
  • Organize online events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Create marketing content (designs) for events, job postings and social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain meeting agendas, action items, and client follow-ups.
  • Develop visually compelling presentations and assist in project planning and scheduling.
  • Provide general administrative support for the Zenog team.
  • Complete data entry tasks and follow-ups (via calls and emails) to clients, interviewees, etc.
  • Vendor acquisition and management
  • Manage our social media analytics and report on key metrics.
  • Foster a positive and supportive online environment.





Requirements:

  • Quick learner with outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
  • Some experience or interest in human resources
  • Proactive and independent thinker, meticulously detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and AI Tools like Bard and ChatGPT.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new software and processes.
  • Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in content writing and digital marketing.
  • 0–3 years of experience (entry-level).
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
