We are looking to hire a Community Manager committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients and fostering a vibrant community of professionals. We provide project management consultancy, recruitment, business advisory, career development, and training for organisations and individuals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and informative content (posts, articles, videos) for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Actively engage with our community members through posts, comments, messages, and discussions.
- Research and write high-quality blog articles on our website and newsletters to our subscribers.
- Organize online events, webinars, and workshops.
- Create marketing content (designs) for events, job postings and social media platforms.
- Create and maintain meeting agendas, action items, and client follow-ups.
- Develop visually compelling presentations and assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Provide general administrative support for the Zenog team.
- Complete data entry tasks and follow-ups (via calls and emails) to clients, interviewees, etc.
- Vendor acquisition and management
- Manage our social media analytics and report on key metrics.
- Foster a positive and supportive online environment.
Requirements:
- Quick learner with outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
- Some experience or interest in human resources
- Proactive and independent thinker, meticulously detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and AI Tools like Bard and ChatGPT.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new software and processes.
- Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant.
- Experience in content writing and digital marketing.
- 0–3 years of experience (entry-level).
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
