Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport staff, clients, and goods.
- Maintain and inspect company vehicles.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Plan efficient routes to avoid delays.
- Keep accurate trip and maintenance records.
- Provide professional and courteous service.
- Report vehicle issues and emergencies.
- Ensure the security of transported items.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and office tasks.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably with interstate experience.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and interstate driving regulations.
- Ability to operate a GPS and follow detailed route maps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and stay overnight when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
