Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Lawyer in Port Harcourt. The Company Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters, contracts, negotiations, and providing legal counsel to the organization on day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Legal research, Contract drafting, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and contract law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in corporate environments is a plus
- Law degree and active Bar association membership
