Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company’s pay structures align with industry standards and remain competitive.
- Oversee the development and administration of salary structures, incentive programs, and bonus plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure compensation and benefits strategies align with overall business goals.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and labor laws related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Analyze and report on compensation metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and support decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and managers on compensation and benefits issues, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct internal audits and update policies as needed to maintain compliance and align with evolving market conditions.
- Develop and deliver communication plans to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs and changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a Relevant Field
- 10-12 years in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits; multinational experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems; SAP experience is beneficial.
- FMCG Experience and Knowledge is an added advantage
- Candidates should have a consulting background (from any of the big 4 preferably)
