Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Manager at Westpal Business Advisory in Rivers State, Nigeria. The role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within the organization. While the role is primarily located in Rivers State, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Professional certification in compliance or related field (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP)
- Experience in the financial services or consulting industry is a plus
