Job Opening: Compliance Manager (FMCG Sector)

Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. The successful candidate will develop and implement compliance programs, monitor regulatory submissions, and work across departments to mitigate risks and maintain industry-standard practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies across departments.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant federal, state, and regional regulations.
- Conduct regulatory submissions by analyzing and interpreting technical data.
- Provide expert advice on compliance matters to maintain product quality.
- Educate staff on regulatory requirements and ensure best practices are followed.
- Investigate non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and manage product registrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Master's degree and compliance certifications (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the QSR/FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, risk management, and food industry compliance.
