Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Job Summary
The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Estakem products directly from a van to customers, retail outlets, and in rural areas on Lagos Mainland.
This individual will manage their own route, ensure timely deliveries, and maximize sales opportunities.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive the sales van to designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and retail outlets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales.
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ensure product availability in stores by checking inventory levels and making regular deliveries.
Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to potential customers.
Keep the van stocked and organized, ensuring proper care of inventory.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories to boost product visibility.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to the Sales Supervisor.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Supervisor.
Ensure adherence to all safety and driving regulations.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a professional certification in relevant fields with2- 7years work experience.
The ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license is a pre-requisite.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
