Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on laptops.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, and motherboards.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Keep records of repairs and inventory of spare parts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a computer technician.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
