The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Assist the head of production in managing speakers and ensuring that they have up-to-date information about the event
• Invite, follow up with speakers at international level
• Assign speakers to topics on the agenda
• speaks fluent English and possess good communication skills
• Ready to learn, research, get up-to.date information about various topics.
• Tracking post event feedback to measure effectiveness against event goals.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Event Production / Event Management within Professional Services industry.
• You have prior experience in working with multiple vendors.
• You are a strong planner with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
