Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating our construction projects from conception to completion.
- Managing schedules and onsite operations to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards of CTL Atlantis.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams and effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to safety and sustainability practices
- Primarily on-site with occasional office work
