Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior design projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
