Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor project management processes to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Establish and enforce quality control and compliance with industry regulations.
- Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage contract administration, procurement planning, and cost control.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
- Implement project management tools for better workflow and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Certification in PMP is an added advantage.
