- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualifications
- 3-5 years +of recruitment experience (in the Outsourcing/Recruitment, FMCG, and recycling companies)
- Superior communication skills across all employee groups and levels (executives, managers & employees)
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good command of English
- Motivated team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
