Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for the company’s website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging and informative content, including articles, blog posts, infographics, videos, and case studies that align with the company’s voice and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, and design) to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and the target audience.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publication and alignment with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow the company's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.
- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Community Engagement and Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with the company’s online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering conversations around industry trends and company updates.
- Identify and connect with industry influencers and thought leaders to promote the company’s brand and content.
- Manage user-generated content and advocate for customer success stories and testimonials
- SEO and Content Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Update and maintain website content to improve organic traffic and user experience.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that leverage content and social media to support product launches, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, banners, and videos.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on content and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve content effectiveness and social media engagement.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, social media, and the IT industry.
- Experiment with new content formats, tools, and strategies to keep the company’s digital presence innovative and competitive.
