This includes managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and ensuring the brand voice is consistent across all digital platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content and social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars, including written, visual, and video content.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to refine strategies.
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement efforts.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management (portfolio or links to past work).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in photography, graphic design, or video production is a plus.

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000
