Content Associate

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals and target audience.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of our social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube) by creating and adapting content to suit different channels, facilitating and managing discussions on posts, and in our communities.
• Creating and adapting content to suit different channels, planning and delivering content across different platforms.
• Writing and editing the copy and content for all physical marketing materials.
  
• Creating engaging multimedia content such as infographics, reels, and videos across multiple platforms.
  
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Research and evaluate trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to run campaigns to meet marketing goals.
• Handle all other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a community or social media manager.
• Intimate knowledge working on various social media platforms and using diverse social media tools. (We are a team big on automating and using tech products to make our work seamless and easy)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Excellent writing and copywriting skills, as you will need to adapt the language of each content to suit the various platforms while communicating with the uniform Crop2Cash voice.
• Basic knowledge and experience in using design software and applications such as Canva.
