Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a creative Content Creator, who will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's reach and increasing engagement across multiple channels. This role requires an innovative individual skilled in crafting content that drives sales conversions, boosts marketing efforts, and enhances the salon's online and offline presence. Working closely with the personal assistant and spanning all business units, your role will demand creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, blogs, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase reach, and attract new audiences across different platforms and demographics.
- Monitor the performance of content to ensure it effectively achieves objectives such as increasing sales, boosting engagement, and enhancing brand awareness across platforms.
- Develop and create high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s identity and supports the specific goals of each business unit.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to maintain clear, consistent, and effective messaging in all content.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts by posting regularly, interacting with followers, and staying informed on the latest trends and updates for each platform.
- Capture real-time activities and events to produce authentic and relatable content that connects with the audience.
- Use creative storytelling techniques to engage with clients and build meaningful relationships with both new and existing audiences.
- Adapt to last-minute content needs and flexible schedules, ensuring timely and effective delivery of required materials.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, and related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong creative and visual design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high-level integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changes.
- Excellent analytical skills to track performance and optimise content strategies.
- Ability to adapt to unstructured and spontaneous content creation demands.
