Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a content creator at relatedmotion in Lekki. The content creator will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, including videos and photography, to captivate audiences. The role involves conceptualizing, creating, and editing visual stories that align with the brand's image and message.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Plan, create, and produce engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the production team to align video content with RelatedMotion's creative vision and branding guidelines.
• Utilize software like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro to edit and enhance video footage.

2. Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and manage posts across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.

3. Marketing Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to craft promotional campaigns for new projects and services.
• Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics to measure content success and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously improve strategies based on performance data and audience feedback.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in content creation and video editing.
• Is proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Demonstrates expertise in social media management across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Has strong creative storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Understands the principles of audience engagement and digital marketing.
• Is a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Relevant degree or certification in Film, Media, Design, or related field
