Responsibilities:

Content Development & Strategy:

• Create compelling blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics focused on real estate management, rental trends, and Telah’s features.
• Develop informative content that helps landlords manage properties efficiently, guides rent seekers on finding suitable homes, and assists agencies in streamlining operations.
• Research real estate market trends, tenancy laws, and property management best practices to provide valuable insights to our audience.
• Craft user-friendly guides and tutorials on how landlords and agencies can maximize Telah’s features.

Social Media & Engagement:

• Manage and grow Telah’s social media presence (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) with engaging and relevant content.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and carousels showcasing Telah’s benefits, success stories, and industry insights.
• Interact with the community by responding to comments, and messages, and engaging in industry-related discussions.

SEO & Digital Marketing:

• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies that generate leads and increase app downloads.
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize engagement and reach.

Collaboration & Brand Storytelling:

• Work closely with landlords, property managers, and real estate agencies to create insightful case studies and testimonials.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create product marketing materials for Telah.
• Write engaging email newsletters and in-app messages to keep users informed about updates, promotions, and new features.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• Degree in a related field

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
