Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Campaign Development: Create and implement social media campaigns to promote products, special offers, and events, aligning with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community by engaging with our audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into our content strategy.
  • Collaborations: Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for search engines and social media algorithms to maximize visibility and reach.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency in all content and communications, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance, ensuring a steady flow of content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with company goals and initiatives.
  • Creative Innovation: Continuously seek out new content ideas and innovative ways to engage and grow our social media audience.
