The Content Creator/Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing content across all our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand's online presence.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content (videos, photos, articles, etc.) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with the company’s brand image and goals.
  • Write compelling captions, blog posts, and marketing copy to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Use relevant tools and analytics to monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including posting regularly and engaging with followers.
  • Responds to comments and messages promptly, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos to highlight services, promotions, and customer testimonials.
  • Edit videos for social media using editing software to ensure high-quality production.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to ensure our website and blogs rank higher in search results.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns.
  • Track content metrics and report on content performance.




Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to create high-quality visual and written content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
