Content Creator/Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos, graphics, and photos to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan new content ideas.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and articles that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement on social media platforms.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
•  2+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in video production and editing.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience using content management systems .
