Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Ideate, script, and produce high-quality content (videos, social media posts, blogs) for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and websites. Tailor content to target audiences and brand voice.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos (add transitions, effects, sound, graphics). Ensure consistent quality and style across all visual content.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and stakeholders to align content with campaigns.
- Trends & Analytics: Stay updated on digital trends and use analytics to optimize content performance.
- Deadlines: Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in content creation/video editing.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse work (e.g., promotional videos, social media content).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Creativity, storytelling, communication, time management, attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and platform-specific best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D editing, or animation.
- Photography/copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with DSLR cameras and lighting equipment.
