Content Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and marketing materials, tailored to our key client verticals (e.g., real estate agents, financial advisors, insurance agents, small law firms)
• Develop industry-specific content such as case studies, white papers, and guides that highlight the benefits of automation and no-code/low-code solutions
• Craft engaging social media posts and participate in relevant online communities to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and client education initiatives
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to inform content strategy
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic
• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand voice and style guidelines
• Assist in creating video scripts, webinar content, and other multimedia materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in no-code/low-code platforms and automation technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating engaging content for B2B audiences, preferably in the tech or professional services sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in writing styles and content formats
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms and business automation concepts (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for non-technical audiences
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and client needs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to commute to the Lagos office a few times a month (especially if you don't have proper internet or electricity at home)
