Content Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create inspiring, attractive and engaging on-brand graphics for a variety of the Church's media.
• Create and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and websites
• Collaborate with the Media team to develop content strategies that align with the church’s business goals
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective
• Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics
• Provide necessary support in the visual aspects of the Church's websites, social media, flyers, banners, exhibitions and more.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum academic qualification of a degree in Marketing, Journalism, New Media or any related field.
• Candidate must also have above average knowledge of Social Networking Channels.
• 3 years of working experience
• High standards of Christian conduct with evidence of the Fruit of the Spirit
• Excellent Graphics and content creation skills
• Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends.
• Versatile user of audio software packages e.g. Adobe Audition.
• Must be self-motivated, takes initiative, has creative skills
• Must possess excellent written communication skills (including editing & proof reading)
• Must have good verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be able to perform under minimal supervision
