Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented, data-driven Content Marketer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a content strategy that not only engages but also educates and converts. This role demands a strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and skilled writer who can align content with our business goals and brand voice. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Sales, and Client facing teams to ensure that our content communicates our products’ unique value and enhances our position as a thought leader in the tech and business transformation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with target audiences, positioning 390 Technologies as a thought leader in ERP solutions and business transformation.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, product descriptions, and email newsletters that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key trends and topics that align with our offerings. Create content that meets these demands, ensuring relevance and timely engagement.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic reach, ensuring our content ranks well in search engines and is discoverable by prospective clients.
• Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track content performance and engagement metrics. Adjust strategies based on data insights to ensure content meets defined KPIs.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on messaging and deliver consistent, high-quality content that represents our brand accurately across all channels.
• Social Media Management: Develop content for social media channels to build brand visibility, attract prospective clients, and nurture engagement with our existing followers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, digital transformation, or B2B tech Marketing.
• Proven record of developing and executing effective content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing clear, compelling, and error-free content.
• Proficiency in SEO and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible, engaging content.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
