Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, professional training materials, scripts, and documents.
  • Develop structured content for training, tutorials, and presentations.
  • Make outbound calls to clients, partners, and prospects with confidence.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Ensure all communication, written and verbal, is professional, engaging, and effective.


Requirements:

  • Near-native English fluency with a clear accent.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in professional content creation.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients or partners.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging manner.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Previous experience in writing, customer outreach, or training is a plus.
