Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Content & Production Analyst. to be part of our content strategy and production efforts. This individual will work closely with our creative, marketing, and talent management teams to conceptualise, develop, and execute high-impact content strategies for digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think critically about content, oversee its production, and ensure it aligns with One Stop’s mission and goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that support One Stop’s brand goals and audience engagement across digital and offline platforms.
  • Research and identify content trends, audience preferences, and competitive strategies to keep One Stop’s content relevant and ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and the overarching objectives of talent management and production.
  • Lead and oversee the creation of original content across various formats, including articles, social media posts, videos, blogs, and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is high quality and visually compelling.
  • Manage content production timelines, budgets, and logistics for both short- and long-form content.
  • Work closely with the marketing, talent management, and production teams to align content with marketing campaigns, talent showcases, and project objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or production teams to ensure that the content production process runs smoothly from concept to delivery.
  • Foster relationships with One Stop’s online community, encouraging user-generated content and active participation.
  • Engage with followers across platforms, responding to comments, feedback, and messages to cultivate positive relationships.
  • Track content performance, report on insights, and refine strategies to enhance engagement, brand reach, and audience growth.

 

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or production, with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of content production, including planning, creation, and delivery.
  • Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in the talent management or creative industry.
  • Knowledge of trends in digital media, entertainment, and creative content production.
  • Experience with video production and multimedia content strategies.
