Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Write, create, and publish web content (homepages, product pages, landing pages, FAQs) optimized for SEO performance and conversion goals.
- Create, write, and schedule original and curated content across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create compelling blog content that highlights fintech trends, cross-border payments, and digital financial services.
- Optimize all content (blog posts, captions, hashtags, etc.) for SEO to increase website traffic and visibility.
- Coordinate and manage the publication of all digital content across blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing users and attract new customers.
- Develop automated email workflows for customer onboarding, product updates, newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Use newsletter tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.) to create and distribute high-quality fintech-related content.
- Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and engineering teams to create fintech-focused content that aligns with product launches and company objectives.
- Create and manage landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers to showcase HelloMe’s fintech solutions.
- Integrate content marketing efforts with lead-generation strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email and blog content for better engagement.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp Reports) to measure campaign success.
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in content writing, social media management, email marketing, blogging, newsletter development, web content creation, and content publication across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of fintech, payments, and financial technology trends.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.) and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and audience targeting strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content curation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment and adapt to changing industry trends.
