Job Summary

As our Content/Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, managing community interactions, and ensuring a thriving online experience for our users. You will play a key role in growing and retaining Corperland’s user base by developing impactful content strategies, fostering discussions, and building strong relationships with NYSC members and prospective corps members.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content plan that aligns with Corperland’s vision. Create compelling blog posts, social media content, and in-app discussions to engage and retain users across all social media platforms.
  • Actively engage with users, respond to discussions, and moderate community interactions to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Implement initiatives to attract NYSC members and prospective corps members, increasing Corperland’s user base through interactive campaigns, challenges, and partnerships.
  • Manage Corperland’s social media presence, ensuring continuous visibility and interaction with our target audience.
  • Work with influencers, NYSC alumni, and content creators to drive viral content and increase platform engagement.
  • Track user engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and refine strategies for better impact.
  • Plan and execute online and offline events to strengthen community bonds and encourage participation.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the NYSC ecosystem and corps members’ interests.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or online community engagement.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media trends, and community growth techniques.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about building online communities.
