Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contract Manager to oversee, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. The ideal candidate will ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements, company policies, and business goals, minimizing risk and ensuring favorable terms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various types of contracts (e.g., service agreements, NDAs, procurement contracts subcontracts, etc.)
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and identify any risks or issues.
- Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and project teams to align contracts with operational goals.
- Maintain a central repository for contracts and ensure key dates (renewals, expirations, milestones) are tracked and acted upon.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract terms and streamline processes.
- Manage contract change requests and amendments efficiently.
- Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of contract terms to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in dispute resolution related to contracts.
Requirements:
- B.Eng/HND Electrical/Mechanical/Civil
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in contract management, legal review, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software/tools is a plus.
