Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Contract Sales Officer to be responsible for acquiring and driving wealth procurement. The Contract Sales officer will be responsible for marketing the organization's real estate products to new and existing clients, building the portfolio of the organization, and managing the organization's clientele

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the company's products
  • Deliver on assigned sales targets
  • Participate and arrange site inspections to activate sales transactions
  • Constantly source new and viable clients
  • Demonstrate and carry out presentation of the company's product to prospects
  • Manage corporate relationships with existing clients, updating them on their transactions and TPA's projects
  • Manage and disseminate information about clients and their transactions to Business Manager
  • Record and constantly update all client contact data(Sales and marketing database management)
  • Planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Support the marketing leadership team throughout the organization.
  • Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to line manager
  • Provide support with market intelligence reports regularly if need be.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND or BSc. in any field.
  • 1- 2 years minimum experience in marketing and sales of Real Estate is compulsory.
  • Experience in sales of Luxury real estate is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of target market characteristics.
  • Efficient lead generation skills.

  • Integrity, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Comportment and confidence (complimented by humility),
  • Good marketing/selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good customer relations and service excellence skills
