Responsibilities:
- Directs convention and events center operations including sales, marketing, and event execution.

- Works with and reports to the general manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale events or similar roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-profile events.
