About the Role

We're looking for a remote Conversion Copywriter to transform therapists' expertise into high-converting content. You'll bridge the gap between clinical expertise and marketing, connecting mental health professionals with clients through psychological triggers and our proven pain point → desired outcome → solution framework. You'll create landing pages, Google Ads copy, and email sequences that make quick, human connections — showing readers they're understood and compelling them to schedule consultations.

This conversion-focused, humanistic marketing role balances emotional connection with strong calls-to-action. We need someone who writes original, compelling copy without heavy AI reliance, bringing a deep understanding of both marketing psychology and mental health concepts.

You'll collaborate with our SEO, Google Ads, and Design teammates based on detailed briefs to create content that drives growth while helping people take their first steps toward better mental health. This position reports directly to the Founder/CEO.
